Baptism

If you are interested in being baptized or having your child baptized, please fill out and submit the Baptism Register form, and contact the Parish Office to arrange a meeting with Father.

Godparents, please fill out the Sacramental Sponsor form and submit to the Parish Office by email to office@colcatholic.org or in person/by mail to 701 Gomber Ave., Cambridge, OH, 43725.

First Communion

First Penance & First Communion classes are held at the parish yearly for 2nd Grade and older in between the 8am and 10am masses during the school year. Fill out the Sacramental Registration form to begin!

Matrimony

To begin Marriage Preparation, please email/call the parish office with the full names of both you and your fiancé(e), whether either of you have been married previously, and if so, whether you've received an annulment. Then, schedule an appointment for Marriage Preparation.

Anointing of the Sick

If you or someone you know is in danger of death, or would like the Anointing of the Sick, please call the parish office!

If it's an emergency, please press 4 and leave a voicemail.

This sends an emergency notification to Fr. Nicholas.
